A downloadable game for Windows

About:

Abscission is a first-person, objective based shooter, where the player must exterminate toxic spores in an abandoned city, to protect what remains.

It  is also a Game Jam project that was created in two and a half days.

The theme of the Game Jam was 'GREEN.'

The team adhered to the theme by:

  • Creating a Gameboy inspired visual style
  • Focusing on gameplay that involves protecting the environment
  • Including toxic plants & spores as the enemies
  • Having an experience that explores ideas about nature through interaction
